There are three ways to enroll in a course: your admin assigns it, you purchase it, or your organization allows self-enrollment.

Courses Assigned by Your Admin#

When your administrator enrolls you in a course, it appears automatically in your learning dashboard under My Learning → Assigned training. No action is required — just click the course to start.

You may receive an email notification when new training is assigned.

Self-Enroll from the Course Library#

If your organization enables self-enrollment:

  1. Go to Library in the top navigation.
  2. Browse by category, search by keyword, or filter by format (video, SCORM, assessment, etc.).
  3. Click a course to view its description, duration, and prerequisites.
  4. Click Enroll (free) or Purchase (paid).
  5. The course is added to your dashboard immediately.

Purchase a Course#

  1. Go to Library and find the course.
  2. Click Add to cart or Buy now.
  3. Review your cart at Shop → Cart.
  4. Enter a coupon code if you have one.
  5. Click Checkout and complete payment with your card.
  6. The course is immediately available in My Learning.

Start Learning#

  1. Go to My Learning → Dashboard and click the course card.
  2. Click Start (first visit) or Continue (returning).
  3. Complete lessons in order — some courses require sequential completion.
  4. Your progress is saved automatically after each lesson.

Check Prerequisites#

Some courses have prerequisites — other courses that must be completed first. If you see a "Prerequisites not met" message:

  1. Click View prerequisites to see which courses are required.
  2. Complete those courses first.
  3. Return to the original course and enroll.

Unenroll from a Course#

Self-enrolled courses can be unenrolled from your learning dashboard. Courses assigned by an admin cannot be unenrolled without admin action.

  1. Go to My Learning → Dashboard.
  2. Click the menu on the course card.
  3. Select Unenroll.

Note: Completion records and any earned certificates are retained even after unenrollment.
