Track Your Learning Progress

SkillStream LMS automatically tracks your progress as you complete lessons and assessments. You can view your progress at any time from your dashboard.

My Learning Dashboard#

Your dashboard at My Learning → Dashboard shows:

• In progress — courses you have started but not finished, with a percentage bar.
• Completed — all courses where you reached 100% completion.
• Assigned — training your administrator has enrolled you in.
• Upcoming deadlines — courses with due dates in the next 14 days, sorted by urgency.

Course-Level Progress#

Click any course to see lesson-by-lesson progress:

• A green checkmark next to each lesson means it is complete.
• A half-filled circle means the lesson is in progress.
• An empty circle means the lesson has not been started.

For courses with assessments, the assessment result (pass/fail and score) is shown alongside the lesson list.

Progress Overview#

Go to My Learning → Progress for an aggregate view:

• Total courses enrolled vs. completed.
• Hours of learning logged this month.
• Completion trend over the last 90 days (bar chart).
• Any overdue assignments highlighted in red.

What Counts as "Completed"#

A course is marked 100% complete when:

1. All lessons are finished (video watched to the end, documents viewed, SCORM module exited with completion).
2. All required assessments are passed (if a passing score is configured).
3. Any required assignments have been submitted and graded.

If you finish all lessons but see less than 100%, check if the course has a final assessment that must be passed.

Progress for Managers#

If you manage a team, your manager-level dashboard at Management → Team Performance shows completion rates for your direct reports. This view is only available if your administrator has granted you manager access.
