What's New: Q1 2026
New features and improvements shipped in the first quarter of 2026, including analytics enhancements, SSO improvements, and the new Help Center.
March 2026#
Help Center Launch#
We launched the SkillStream Help Center — a searchable, structured knowledge base covering all features of the platform. Articles are organized by audience (learner, admin, system operator) and include how-to guides, concept overviews, troubleshooting steps, and a glossary.
Analytics Performance Improvements#
Query response times on the Analytics Overview and Training dashboards are now up to 60% faster for organizations with more than 500 active learners, thanks to new database indexes and query optimization.

SSO Attribute Mapping#
Administrators can now map custom SAML attributes to SkillStream user profile fields (department, job title, custom fields) directly from the SSO settings page without contacting support.

February 2026#
Question-Level Analytics#
A new Questions tab in the Analytics section shows per-question performance across all assessments: question text, average score, percentage correct on first attempt, and discrimination index. Use this to identify questions that are too easy, too hard, or ambiguous.
Bulk Enrollment via CSV#
Admins can now enroll learners at scale using a CSV upload. The new importer validates emails, course slugs, and deadlines before applying, and provides a detailed error report for any rows that cannot be processed.

January 2026#
SCORM 2004 Support#
SkillStream now supports all four editions of SCORM 2004 in addition to the existing SCORM 1.2 support. The SCORM player automatically detects the version from the manifest and uses the appropriate communication API.

Certificate Verification Page#
A public certificate verification page is now live at skillstreamlms.com/verify-certificate. Learners can share a verification link with employers or clients; no SkillStream account is required to verify.
